Custom business software

For businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and a patchwork of tools: one system that runs the whole operation, built around how the business actually works.

What you get

  • Leads, quotes, orders, scheduling, invoicing and after-sales in one place
  • Role-based access, so each person sees exactly what their job needs and nothing else
  • Customer email and SMS, with quotes, invoices and receipts sent as PDFs
  • A web app for the office and a phone view for staff in the field
  • Tests and an automated pipeline, so changes ship safely as the business grows

Off the shelf, or custom?

Off-the-shelf tools are the right answer for many businesses: they are quick to start and cheap to run.

Custom makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, when you pay for several tools that don't talk to each other, or when staff work around the software instead of with it.

How it works

  • Discovery. How work flows through the business today, who does what, and where it breaks.
  • Build. In milestones, starting with the part that saves the most time, with weekly written updates.
  • Ship. Rolled out to the team with staging and production environments, backups and monitoring.
  • Handover. Documentation and the code you own, with ongoing development available as the business changes.

Common questions

Should I buy an off-the-shelf CRM or build custom?

Buy off the shelf if a tool already fits how you work. Build custom when your process is what sets you apart, or when you're paying for several tools that don't talk to each other.

Can different staff see different things?

Yes. Each person holds one or more roles, and the system shows them only what those roles need, down to individual records and files. How role-based access works.

Can the system grow as the business changes?

Yes. The business management platform shown under Work has been in continuous development since late 2025, with every change tested and shipped through an automated pipeline.
